A position has become available with an established company in North Rocks for a Factory hand. The company manufactures moulded shapes for use in the construction and manufacturing industries.

The company operates in a niche market with few competitors. They upgraded their factory and installed new equipment to accommodate the increased business.

The job focuses on measuring and mixing powdered formulations, which are prepared for internal use and export to customers worldwide.

No experience is necessary, just a willingness to learn and do your best.

The role will start as a full-time casual with the view to going perm after a qualifying period.

To be considered for the role you must be:

• fit and strong,
• reliable;
• process-driven, able to follow processes and procedures precisely
• willing to learn new processes.

There is some heavy lifting up to 25kg. Experience in a similar role would assist your application.

The factory is close to public transport.
