We are seeking a Polyurethane Processor (Casting/Pouring) and/or Fitter Machinist to join our team at AMES Direct Pty Ltd, located Goulburn NSW in a PART-TIME or FULL TIME position. We are a small family-owned company with a leading name in the polyurethane manufacturing industry, known for delivering high quality products. We are looking for an experienced individual who can contribute to the continued success of our business.

What you'll be doing

• Operating and monitoring polyurethane processing equipment to transform raw materials into finished products.
• Operating Lathes - machining rollers & wheels
• Ensure consistent quality and finish of all products
• Follow all safety procedures and use personal protective equipment as required
• Collaborate with the production team to optimise processes and troubleshoot any issues

What we're looking for

• Previous experience in a polyurethane processing or similar manufacturing role (not critical)
• An understanding of polyurethane casting/pouring techniques preferred (not critical)
• Previous experience working on Lathes (not critical)
• Fit and able to work.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Commitment to workplace health and safety
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Forklift Ticket preferred
• Drivers License
