Don't miss this opportunity to join Homeless Healthcare! We are looking for an experienced Enrolled or Registered Nurse to join our Homelessness Team at Royal Perth Hospital.

Homeless Healthcare is a dynamic, not for profit organisation providing healthcare to people experiencing homelessness or at risk of homelessness in Perth. The organisation runs mobile GP clinics in various settings across Perth, including drop-in centres, crisis and transitional accommodation services, residential rehabilitation, women’s refuges, street outreach, and a hospital in-reach program.

We are currently seeking a highly competent and reliable EN or RN to join the Homelessness team running out of Royal Perth. This team acts as consultants to hospital staff looking for advice around care and referral for people without a fixed address. They work Monday-Sunday with the available nurse shifts being Monday, Wednesday and Friday 8am-2pm.

To be successful, applicants must be confident in making autonomous decisions and be able to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment to achieve best patient outcomes.

Essential Requirements:
• Enrolled or Registered Nurse with current unrestricted AHPRA registration.
• At least 2 years experience
• National Police Clearance
• Current CPR certification

Desirable Requirements:

• Knowledge of local community services
• Competent in use of clinical software
• Community or ED experience
• Mental health, drug and alcohol nursing experience
