Sales experience is essential, and the following are the requirements for this role:

• Previous experience as either a new or used car salesperson.
• A proven successful record of achieving set vehicle sales targets.
• Exceptional customer focus coupled with a strategic sales approach.
• Highly organised, along with great communication and negotiation skills.
• Computer skills
• Current manual driver's license.
• Leadership qualities are highly regarded as there is opportunities may become available for management roles.

The right candidate must be able to:

• Build and maintain good customer relationships
• Work autonomously or in a team environment
• Communicate well
• Meet sales targets to achieve budget
