We’re growing our team and looking for ambitious sales professionals who can generate their own leads and close their own deals. This is a highly remunerated commission-only role with a paid training period, designed to set you up for success and give high achievers full control over their income and schedule.

What You’ll Do:

• Generate your own leads through networking, referrals, and canvassing
• Conduct in-home consultations to assess customer energy needs
• Educate homeowners on solar, battery storage, and government incentives
• Deliver tailored energy solutions with affordable payment plans
• Maintain a strong sales pipeline and follow up with potential customers
• Deliver exceptional customer service.

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous sales experience - preferably door to door sales. (high-ticket sales preferred)
• A self-motivated individual who thrives in a commission-only environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• The ability to build rapport and educate customers effectively.
• A valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle for appointments.
