About the Role
As Centre Director, you will:
- Lead and mentor a team of educators to maintain the highest standards of care and education.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the centre, ensuring compliance with regulations and policies.

About You
✔ Experienced Leader – Proven experience in a leadership role (Centre Director or similar) in an early childhood setting.
✔ Passionate Educator – In-depth understanding of the EYLF, NQS, and best practices in early childhood education.
✔ Exceptional Organiser – Strong skills in communication, organisation, and relationship-building.
