Designed and crafted by a masterful team, By Baby is beloved for creating everyday fine jewellery and one off wonders.The flagship boutique, situated in the world-renowned Calile Hotel, is home to its in-house workshop and luxury piercing studio.

By Baby is in an exciting stage of growth and we’re looking for a Social Media Coordinator to grow with us. We need someone who is proactive, creative, and has a hands-on approach to managing content. You’ll be responsible for driving content creation and strategy, ensuring we stay on top of trends, and representing By Baby across all our social channels.

We are extremely passionate about our brand's vision and have a strong understanding of who we are. We need someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can juggle multiple shoots a week, and isn't afraid to take charge!

The Role:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Social Media Coordinator who is eager to take full ownership of content creation across all platforms. From shooting high-quality photos and videos multiple times a week, to managing our social media strategy, you’ll be key in cultivating a strong digital presence for By Baby. You’ll need to be highly comfortable navigating around our boutique to produce fresh, on-brand content while interacting with our growing online community.

As By Baby continues to grow, we’re looking for someone who is passionate, proactive, and ready to be a major contributor to our brand's success.

Key Attributes & Experience:

• Highly skilled in creating, producing, and scheduling original content for platforms including Meta, Pinterest, and TikTok.
• Deep passion for social media, fashion, and luxury goods, with a keen understanding of the digital landscape.
• Comfortable shooting and producing content multiple times a week, with a particular focus on our retail boutique setting.
• Excellent organisational skills with a great attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Ability to quickly adapt to change and work with a positive, can-do attitude.
• Proven track record in growing social media followings, increasing engagement, and driving online sales.
• Enthusiastic, energetic, and with a collaborative spirit.
• 3+ years of experience in social media and the fashion/luxury space.

Responsibilities:

• Create and shoot beautiful, on-brand content that resonates across all social platforms (Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, etc.), while managing content calendars.
• Develop and implement a cohesive social media strategy with our leadership team to increase brand visibility, engagement, and drive sales.
• Conduct regular trend research to ensure the content remains fresh, innovative, and aligned with the latest social media trends.
• Manage and execute the social media and marketing calendar, ensuring timely content creation and posting.
• Collaborate on major campaigns, product launches, and in-store events, ensuring seamless integration of social media and in-store experiences.
• Negotiate and manage contracts with creative contractors, ensuring timely and quality asset delivery.
• Provide regular performance reports with insights into social media.
• Build and manage community engagement in collaboration with our customer service team.
• Take ownership of the brand’s tone and voice across all channels, contributing positively to the By Baby team culture.
