Position Overview:

As our in-house Social Media Coordinator, you’ll dream up and create engaging content that sets APC apart online. From Facebook to Instagram, LinkedIn to TikTok, you’ll be the voice and visual storyteller behind our brand. If you thrive on fresh ideas, crave innovation, and love to see tangible results from your work, this role is for you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop & Curate Content: Plan, shoot, and edit videos, Reels, Stories, and posts across multiple platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn).
• Collaborate & Engage: Work closely with staff and customers to capture behind-the-scenes content, success stories, and fun day-to-day moments.
• Stay On-Trend: Keep an eye on emerging social media trends and jump on new ideas quickly.
• Maintain Brand Voice: Ensure consistency in style, tone, and messaging across all channels.
• Strategy Integration: Partner with our Marketing Manager to align content with overall brand objectives and campaigns.

About You:

• Positive & Proactive: You bring energy, creativity, and a can-do spirit to every project.
• Social Media Savvy: You’re all over the latest trends and have a proven track record of creating scroll-stopping content.
• Design & Editing Chops: Skilled in tools like CapCut, InShot, Canva, Lightroom (Adobe experience is a bonus).
• Detail-Oriented: You know that small details can make or break great content.
• Organised & Efficient: You can juggle multiple tasks while meeting deadlines.
