We’re on the lookout for a Logistics Officer to support the next phase of growth at a dynamic company. This pivotal role ensures smooth operations by managing shipments, coordinating with stakeholders, and maintaining efficient logistics workflows. Reporting to the Logistics Manager, you’ll collaborate across teams to keep projects moving on schedule.

Key Responsibilities
•Coordinate domestic and international shipments, liaising with customers, suppliers, and logistics providers.
•Prepare dispatch documentation and maintain accurate shipping records.
•Support a dynamic calendar of international demonstrations and events.
•Ensure shipping control processes are followed and continuously improved.
•Manage stock movements and maintain data accuracy in the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system.
•Collaborate with production, sales, and engineering teams to meet project deadlines.

Qualifications & Experience
•Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
•1–5 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or operations.
•Familiarity with export controls (ITAR, EAR, DEC) is preferred.
•Experience with ERP systems, customs brokers, and freight forwarders.
•Strong understanding of INCOTerms, import/export duties, and controlled goods shipping.
