The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Finance Officer to support the financial management and reporting framework of a high-impact program. This role will be instrumental in ensuring compliance, governance, and efficiency in financial business operations, procurement, and contract administration.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert advice on financial management and procurement compliance;
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, reconciliations, purchase orders, and invoices;
- Support contract administration, including progress payments and budget variations;
- Assist with financial reporting for the Executive Leadership Team and government agencies; and
- Identify and drive process improvements to enhance financial efficiency.
About You
We are looking for a detail-oriented Finance Officer with strong technical expertise, excellent stakeholder engagement skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume accounting environment.
Key Requirements
- Experience using ERP systems such as SAP;
- Proven ability to work in a highly governed financial environment;
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and strong financial systems knowledge;
- Excellent attention to detail with a solutions-focused mindset; and
- Ability to adapt and work collaboratively in a dynamic team.
