Presenting over 45 years’ experience in skilling solutions and services to employers and businesses, job seekers and students, through apprenticeship support services, employment, education support programs, and vocational training.
About the Role…
You will work as part of an extended service team, ensuring regular contacts are completed with Employers and their Australian Apprentices to ensure the successful completion of apprenticeships. You'll make outbound telephone contact calls to provide situational advice in line with contractual requirements and record these contacts in a database. You will connect employers and apprentices with the appropriate services to meet their needs and provide advice to apprentices on future opportunities through career tools and assessments. Additionally, you will promote the benefits of continuing to employ Australian Apprentices to employers and refer new business opportunities to the Apprenticeship Field Officers.
What does an everyday look like?
- Organise and conduct scheduled contacts, and where required, undertake within hours to suit the employer and/or Australian Apprentices
- Follow up employer and/or Australian Apprentice queries with the appropriate BUSY At Work personnel or relevant stakeholder
- Provide advice to Australian Apprentices on future opportunities through career tools and assessments
- Understand and maintain knowledge of the Australian Apprenticeships Support Network (AASN) Guidelines and other relevant state specific requirements.
- Promote the benefits of continuing to employ Australian Apprentices to employers and refer new business opportunities to the Apprenticeship Field Officers.

A bit about you...
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and able to adapt style to suit the audience
- High level of computer literacy
- Ability to obtain a Blue Card and National Police Check
