The Venues Collection is looking for a reservation's specialist for their restaurant at Campbell's Cove, Harbourfront Seafood Restaurant Sydney.

The restaurant offers a delectable culinary experience using the freshest ingredients. Moreover, the outdoor terrace offers panoramic views of the Sydney icons – the Sydney Opera House and the Harbour Bridge.

Working closely with the Reservations Manager, the role will primarily be required to answer the phones and emails and respond to all guest enquiries and requests each day.

Effective communication skills will be required when managing customers' needs and feedback.

Hospitality experience is valued and an understanding of how restaurants operate is preferred, however, apply for this opportunity if you have strong customer service skills with strong office administration skills.

A set roster is provided and coverage needed is evenings, weekends and public holidays. Approximately 20 to 25 hours each week.

Looking for someone with a minimum 12-month commitment.
