Is one of the most reputable watersports companies on the Gold Coast and we are looking for the best of the best to join our crew!

Our standards are high in terms of customer service and exceeding customers expectations. From Jetski Tours, Parasailing & Flyboarding we want our customers to have not only a safe and exciting "experience" but we are here to "WOW" them from the first and last point of contact! ( Which is YOU! )

We also have another business ( GCTix ) where we resell other Tour Operator activities and book the activities in so great sales ability IS A MUST. You will receive a commission on all sales sold .

We can essentially plan & book our guests entire activities while they are here

Tasks & responsibilities

• First point of contact for our customers ( so lots of confidence and a big smile a must )
• Advising customers about our products, understanding what they want and what will be best for them and booking them in
• Scheduling & Rescheduling bookings for efficiency and best customer service
• Sales of our products, photos and merchandise
• Sales of our partners tour activities including Aquaduck, Jetboating, Helicopter Flights, Stand Up Paddle Board etc
• Must be able to work on your own and be responsible for customers while in house
• This is not for the faint hearted, must be a quick thinker and great puzzle solver all while having a smile on your face

Qualifications & experience

• Experience in the Tourism Industry a MUST
• Experience with Fareharbor ( our booking system ) a HUUGE bonus but will train if needed
• 1yr sales experience preferred
• Must be quick learner and pick up different systems quickly
• Must be after long term employment eg. 2yrs plus
