We're a well-established accommodation booking service, proudly managing over 130 exceptional holiday rentals in the breathtaking Daylesford region. Currently, we're seeking a Casual Reservations Consultant to join our dedicated team.

As a Reservations Consultant, your passion for providing outstanding customer service will shine through. With meticulous attention to detail and excellent computer skills, you'll thrive in our vibrant team environment. Your role will involve processing reservations, handling phone inquiries, and coordinating with guests, property owners, and housekeepers. Additionally, you'll play a crucial part in organizing property maintenance. Strong organisational and communication skills are essential for success in this position.

While previous experience in a similar role, such as reservations or property management, would be advantageous, it is not essential. We are committed to providing comprehensive training to the successful candidate, regardless of their prior experience.

What we’re looking for

We operate seven days a week and are looking for a candidate who is flexible, reliable, and able to adapt to changing business needs. This role will typically involve two shifts per week, with the expectation that you will be available to work up to four days per week to cover staff leave.

During winter, we require someone who can commit to working every Saturday and some Sundays. As other team members return from leave, weekend shifts may reduce to every second weekend. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service are essential.
