Job Description: In this role, you will provide legal services relating to off-the-plan property transactions, including purchases, sales, and developments. Your work will support clients throughout the legal aspects of property transactions, ensuring compliance with regulations and delivering clear and reliable advice.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert legal advice and services for off-the-plan property transactions.
• Review and prepare contracts for off-the-plan sales and developments.
• Advise clients on their rights and obligations under off-the-plan agreements.
• Conduct due diligence, including title searches, investigations into developers, and ensuring compliance with planning and development regulations.
• Liaise with developers, buyers, agents, and other legal professionals to ensure smooth and efficient transactions.
• Manage a caseload of off-the-plan transactions, from initial consultation through to settlement.
• Draft and negotiate legal documentation, including contracts, disclosure statements, and variations.
• Keep clients updated on progress and provide proactive advice to prevent legal issues.
• Stay up to date with relevant legislation, market trends, and changes in property law.

Requirements:

• Strong understanding of Queensland property laws and off-the-plan regulations.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Proven ability to provide clear and concise legal advice to clients.
• A team player with a proactive and solution-focused approach.
