About the Role
We are currently seeking skilled and motivated professionals to fill the following roles:
1. Wills & Estates Solicitor
As a Wills & Estates Solicitor, you will be responsible for:
- Drafting wills, trusts, and other estate planning documents.
- Providing legal advice on wills, trusts, estate planning, and administration.
- Drafting and reviewing wills, powers of attorney, and estate documents.
- Representing clients in probate and estate administration matters.
- Assisting with estate litigation, including disputes over wills and trusts.
- Ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Collaborating with financial planners, accountants, and other professionals as needed.
2. Property Law Solicitor/Conveyancer
As a Property Law Solicitor/Conveyancer, you will be responsible for:
- Preparing and reviewing contracts.
- Providing expert advice and guidance to clients throughout the conveyancing process.
- Managing residential and commercial property transactions from start to finish.
- Preparing and lodging all required documentation, ensuring compliance with property law and regulations.
- Liaising with buyers, sellers, real estate agents, and financial institutions.
- Making the necessary arrangements for settlement.
- Demonstrating strong proficiency in PEXA, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
Essential Criteria
To be considered for these roles, you must have:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in Wills & Estates Law OR Conveyancing.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
- A proactive and client-focused approach to legal practice.
- The ability to work autonomously while contributing effectively to a team.
