Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a workplace adjustment framework, including standard operating procedures and policies.
- Provide advice to managers on legislative requirements, workplace adjustments, and employee support.
- Ensure compliance with HR delegations, financial guidelines, and Australian Privacy Principles (APPs).
- Maintain and strengthen internal and external stakeholder networks.
- Facilitate confidential, safe, and supportive conversations with employees and managers.
Ideal Candidate
- Strong collaborative approach, fostering a positive and professional team environment.
- Ability to prioritise and manage competing tasks under tight deadlines.
- Experience handling sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, producing high-quality reports and advice.
- Ability to adapt to changing policies and environments while maintaining a solution-focused approach.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, maintaining professional relationships internally and externally.
