The Opportunity
Are you a proactive and capable Human Resource Advisor with an interest in Learning and Development?

The Role
As the Human Resource Advisor, you will work closely with the HR team and Assistant Section Manager to support a variety of HR functions, particularly in Work Health and Safety, Learning and Development, and Performance Development.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the review and development of HR policies and frameworks
- Assisting in the implementation and update of APS-partnered Learning & Development content
- Collecting and analysing information to support staff consultation processes and preparing reports
- Providing guidance on the performance development framework process review
- Contributing to preparations for the annual APS Census Staff Survey
- Supporting WHS activities, including administration for committee meetings and governance tasks
- Collaborating within a team environment to assist other team members as needed
The Ideal Person
We are seeking a motivated individual with a strong drive to learn and contribute within a supportive team environment.
You will bring excellent research, analytical, and writing skills to develop frameworks, policies, and procedures that align with best practices and organisational needs.

Salary / Rate
- $85k - $103k + Super
- 3 month non ongoing
