The Role
As a Client Support & Office Administrator, you will play a vital role in supporting our clients and internal operations. This position is varied, engaging, and rewarding, requiring strong problem-solving skills and adaptability.
You will assist clients via phone, email, e-commerce (Shopify), and our support ticketing system (Freshdesk), troubleshoot technical queries, and escalate issues as needed. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing hardware stock, fulfilling orders, and maintaining inventory.

Key Responsibilities
- Learn and operate the full range of RollCall software products.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot software both remotely and verbally.
- Respond to customer queries via phone support lines and email through our Freshdesk ticketing system.
- Log and track incidents in the ticketing system, ensuring up-to-date notes on each case.
- Identify recurring issues and report them to the line manager to support product development.
- Process and fulfill online orders for new and existing clients.
- Maintain stock levels of hardware and update stock management records.
- Prepare, dispatch, and track hardware orders.
- Draft invoices for all dispatched stock.
- Take on additional responsibilities as the role evolves.
