As the B2B Digital Marketing Manager, you will drive strategies to enhance digital presence, generate quality leads, and boost online sales. You'll optimise email marketing, CRM, and lead generation while focusing on continuous improvement to deliver results in customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Digital Marketing and Lead Generation
- Develop and execute B2B digital marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
- Implement SEO, content marketing, and paid media campaigns to drive traffic and engagement.
- Monitor competitors and provide data-driven recommendations for improvement.
CRM Management & Marketing Automation
- Optimise HubSpot CRM for lead generation, segmentation, and customer engagement.
- Ensure seamless integration with NetSuite to align sales and marketing efforts.
- Develop strategies to nurture leads and convert distributors into active buyers.
E-commerce and Website Management
- Oversee website optimisation to improve user experience, lead generation, and sales conversions.
- Lead UX/UI enhancements, SEO improvements, and content updates.
- Create campaign-specific landing pages to support marketing initiatives.
Digital Transformation
- Drive digital transformation projects, including implementing a Digital Asset Management (DAM) system.
- Enhance data accuracy in NetSuite for better targeting and segmentation.
- Develop interactive tools to support customer decision-making and purchasing processes.
Analytics and Reporting
- Integrate analytics tools to track performance across all digital platforms.
- Analyse key metrics such as website traffic, social reach, and email performance.
- Provide actionable insights through monthly reports to refine strategies.
Team Collaboration
- Work closely with sales, customer service, and product teams to align marketing efforts.
- Lead the adoption of digital tools and provide training as needed.
- Foster a culture of innovation through collaboration and change management initiatives.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
- 5+ years’ experience in the same or similar position
- You’ll ideally be an expert in safety equipment or related industries
- Proven experience in B2B digital marketing, lead generation, and e-commerce in wholesale or industrial sectors.
- Expertise in HubSpot CRM, NetSuite, Adobe, and Monday for marketing automation and campaign management.
- Skilled in SEO, SEM, paid media, and content marketing strategies.
- Experience managing websites (WordPress, Straight Sell) and optimising e-commerce channels.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data, identify trends, and improve performance.
- Project management skills to lead digital transformation and collaborate across teams.
- Excellent communication skills to present complex strategies to stakeholders.
- Demonstrated humility, a willingness to learn and admit mistakes, and an openness to feedback.
- A strong sense of hunger/drive, a proactive approach to achieving goals, and a commitment to continuous improvement.
