We are looking for a dedicated P&C Advisor to join a highly regarded not for profit health care team in Ardross, Australia. The ideal candidate will be competent in providing a high level of support and advice to management and staff on a wide range of people & culture matters.

Description

Primary functions:

• Provide advice and support to management and staff on a range of P&C matters.
• Assist with end-to-end recruitment and selection processes.
• Coordinate and manage the on boarding process for new staff.
• Assist with performance management processes.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of P&C policies and procedures.
• Provide support in the management of employee relations.
• Assist with workforce planning and organisational development initiatives.
• Participate in P&C projects as required.

Profile

A successful P&C Advisor should have:

• Relevant tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or a related field.
• Proven experience in a similar P&C or HR role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong knowledge of Australian employment legislation and best practice HR.
• Experience in Employee Relations cases.
• High level of problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
