About the role
As a motivated and friendly Administration officer, you will be the first point of contact for customers, helping with general enquiries while working closely with other departments in a varied role. This position is perfect for someone looking for a role in a respected and well-established company with a supportive team environment.
Duties
- Answering incoming calls & emails
- Assistance in preparation of monthly staff rosters
- Handling complaints
- Approving and allocating holiday relief for field staff and franchise.
- Data entry for monthly invoicing
- Preparation of new property files and scope of works
Skills & experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft office (word, Excel, outlook)
- Proven time management skills & strong attention to detail
- Confident & strong personality
- Ability to multitask.
