About the role
As a motivated and friendly Administration officer, you will be the first point of contact for customers, helping with general enquiries while working closely with other departments in a varied role. This position is perfect for someone looking for a role in a respected and well-established company with a supportive team environment.

Duties

  • Answering incoming calls & emails
  • Assistance in preparation of monthly staff rosters
  • Handling complaints
  • Approving and allocating holiday relief for field staff and franchise.
  • Data entry for monthly invoicing
  • Preparation of new property files and scope of works

Skills & experience

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft office (word, Excel, outlook)
  • Proven time management skills & strong attention to detail
  • Confident & strong personality
  • Ability to multitask.
