With decades of experience within the industry and a large network of experienced staff, Care Group Community Services was created as a full-service disability support provider.

Care Group Community Services purpose is to enhance our communities and alleviate hardship through the provision of support services, accommodation, and emergency care to those in need.

Our team provide in-depth framework, staffing, support solutions, accommodation and care, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We work in partnership with families, guardians, Support Coordinators, and other internal departments to provide personalised support and accommodation.

What we are looking for

We are looking for dedicated, ambitious and energetic Partnerships and Growth Manager to join our team. You will be the front face of the company and will have the motivation and dedication to create and apply effective sales strategies. You will develop new business through innovative sales ideas, including new sales strategies, sales pitches, and business plans.

The goal is to expand clientele and to sustain growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients. You will work with the internal team, marketing staff, and other managers to increase opportunities. To achieve this you will have the skills to find potential new customers, present to them and ultimately convert them into clients.

Qualifications & experience

• MUST have experience in the Disability sector
• Have an in-depth knowledge and experience on NDIS Compliance with the NDIS Quality and Safeguard Commission Framework and Practice standards
• Experience in managing SIL, desirable if experience includes STA, MTA and SDA
• Exceptional organisational skills include an ability to plan, prioritise, monitor workload, deadlines and meet KPIs accordingly

Responsibilities

• Meeting existing and potential clients and building positive relationships
• Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.
• Developing quotes and proposals for clients.
• Networking for new partners planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.
• Possess a great phone and email presence
• Attend and assess open house inspections
• Producing reports for management
• Liaising with colleagues to develop sales and marketing strategies
• Creative thinking, prompt decision-making and excellent problem resolutions;
• Highly organized and great time management skills
• Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities.
• New sales through the development of existing accounts;
• Pipeline management; Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events.

Mandatory requirements

• Current Police Clearance check
• Current First Aid and CPR certificate
• Blue Card
• NDIS Worker Screening Check (Yellow Card)
• Current Police Check
• Valid QLD Driver's License and ability to travel to meet stakeholders face to face
