Position: Full Time Admin/ Finance assistant
Location: Rockhampton, QLD

The Administration/ Finance Assistant position is suited for someone who is :

About the Role:
The Admin/Finiance Dual role is full-time - 5 days a week (no weekends are required).
Key tasks include:
- Effectively manage the technician’s diary so that revenue targets are met
- Answer and follow-up inquiries by phone, Facebook, email and in person
- Process paperwork and other daily administrative tasks
- Follow up leads and past clients and convert to paying clients
- Finance tasks including invoice, payroll, reconciliation of accounts, receivables and payables
NB: To learn about our services, a part of your training will be to go out in the field and learn how to do the cleans. Once trained, you may be asked from time to time to assist team members in the field.
Qualifications:
- Experience is preferred but not required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
- Problem-solving skills to address unexpected challenges and provide effective solutions.
- A clean criminal history.
- Available Monday – Friday 8am - 4pm.
- Computer proficiency
- Driver’s licence
