We're experiencing rapid growth and are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team. About the Role:

This role (with potential to become full-time) offers an exciting opportunity to learn valuable skills. As an Operations Assistant, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including:

• Answering customer inquiries via phone and email, providing excellent customer service.
• Assisting with the packing and assembly of greenhouse kits in our Thomastown warehouse.
• Managing warehouse inventory and stock levels.
• Supervising a small team of assembly staff.
• Assisting with on-site greenhouse installations (full training provided). This may involve occasional travel within regional Victoria.

Standard work hours are 9 am to 5 pm, Monday to Friday, but we offer flexible work arrangements. We are also open to contracting the right candidate if that's more suitable. Or arrange a 4 days week.

Skills & Experience:

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Basic in marketing is a plus.
• Experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment is a plus, but not essential.
• Willingness to learn new skills and take initiative.
• Physical fitness and ability to lift moderately heavy objects.
• A valid driver’s license is preferred. (manual car)
• Local to Thomastown preferred.
