Join the Department of Customer Services, Open Data and Small and Family Business (CDSB) as an Executive Coordinator and be part of a team that is making a difference and creating a lasting legacy. As an Executive Coordinator you'll be responsible for providing executive coordination for the Small Business Commissioner and administrative support to the Office of the Queensland Small Business Commissioner.

As part of this role, you will:
• Plan, coordinate, and support the daily activities and travel arrangements of the Small Business Commissioner delivering a high standard of customer focused executive support in a demanding environment.
• Provide proactive, professional and confidential executive, administrative, governance support to the Small Business Commissioner, Directors and Office of the Queensland Small Business Commissioner.
• Coordinate Small Business Commissioner (or delegate) participation in various local, state, and national committees, forums, working groups, events and activities including coordinating the QSBC roundtables.
• Initiate, investigate and resolve Ministerial requests and administrative requirements including dealing with contentious, time-critical, or confidential matters.
• Prepare executive correspondence, briefing notes, reports and other documents and create meaningful and accurate records for the Small Business Commissioner and supporting office.
• Proactively manage expectations and develop effective professional and collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Undertake other appropriate duties or activities as directed.
