  • Teaming up with Support Workers, Case Managers, representatives from the Department of Justice and other programs to plan and solve problems
  • Championing tenant wellbeing through a friendly, client-focused & trauma-informed approach
  • Reviewing rent, managing payments, and tackling arrears sensitively whilst keeping leases inline and up to date
  • Administration duties including, digging into data to create insightful reports and organising/maintaining files

👉🏼 The need-to-have…

Here at Rise, we nurture potential, but we do need you to have a few tricks up your sleeve including the following:

  • Experience working in Property Management (highly regarded)
  • Top-notch administration skills including ability to whip up an excel spreadsheet, merge docs in Word, craft letters/reports, manage emails and navigate databases with ease
  • Sensitive, calm and open-minded approach with skills to adapt communication style to suit different scenarios or client needs
  • Skills in juggling competing demands whilst using initiative
  • Additional stand out’s such as experience working in a not-for-profit or with clients/tenants in a community services setting (desirable!)
