The Role:

• End to end portfolio management with support in key areas.
• City to Yanchep folio – northern suburbs only.
• Folio consists of 90 properties with expectation up to 100 can be managed.
• Close knit team with two other Property Managers, an Assistant Property Manager and Licensee in the office.
• You will be supported by a hands on Licensee who comes from property management (not sales).
• In addition to the in-house team we have a Remote Worker to support in all areas of property management.
• You will have your folio managed when you are on annual leave so you do not have to stress and can actually relax and come back refreshed.
• Paperless office utilising Property Me, Inspect Real Estate and Inspection Xpress with AI and 360 capability.
• Lots of training both in house and through The Efficiency Co and other external providers.
• Multiple KPI, referral and loyalty bonuses on offer.

• You are able to adapt your communication style to suit the clients needs whether it be by phone or email.
• You will have several years of property management experience.
• You understand the Residential Tenancies Act and comfortably educate your Owners and Tenants on their obligations and rights.
• Comfortable with social media posting and being part of our branding videos and content.

Salary is determined by experience and skill set.
