About the role

We are seeking a talented and experienced Medical Receptionist/Administrator, or Nurse to join our dynamic Skin Laser clinics, and Menopause clinics, in Kalamunda, and East Fremantle, WA. This is a dynamic role that will see you providing essential administrative and clinical support to our growing practice. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our patients receive exceptional care and service.

What you'll be doing

• Having fun helping and serving the clients we love!
• Welcoming and checking in patients, and managing all front-of-house administrative duties
• Scheduling and coordinating patient appointments, including follow-ups and reminders
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records and files
• Assisting with medical procedures and the opportunity to train in providing dermal therapy treatments. ( Great starting base for nurses wanting to dip into the industry!)
• Supporting the clinical team with various administrative tasks
• Ensuring a high level of customer service at all times
• Maintaining compliance and confidentiality fitting of a professional Medical Practice.

What we're looking for

• Previous experience as a medical receptionist, administrator, nurse, or dermal therapist
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities
• Proficiency in medical software and administrative systems
• A keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining accurate records
• A passion for healthcare and a desire to make a positive difference in people's lives
• An exceptional and positive person, who is prepared to work hard and grow long-term with the Practice as it develops.
• The ability to work at both Locations- Kalamunda and East Fremantle.

Nurses starting on this level will be have the opportunity to experience the field of cosmetic, women's health, and skin cancer medicine, with the option to participate in treatments provided. Teaching from the Lead Drs and Nurses can be negotiated into the employment package.
