The Role

Reporting directly to the CFO, this role is more than just numbers—it’s about leadership, transformation, and strategic influence. You’ll take charge of finance operations, spearhead a major systems overhaul, and provide critical insights that will help shape business decisions.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Lead & Develop: Oversee and inspire a team of 11, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous learning.
• Drive Financial Transformation: Lead the upgrade from legacy financial systems to scalable, modern solutions, improving efficiency and decision-making.
• Ownership of Core Finance Functions: Manage AP, AR, payroll, treasury, tax compliance, and balance sheet integrity, ensuring best-in-class financial operations.
• Strategic Business Partner: Provide the CFO and leadership team with data-driven insights and recommendations that support growth and profitability.
• Governance & Risk Management: Strengthen internal controls, oversee audits, and ensure regulatory compliance across all financial activities.

• Experience managing and developing finance teams, including offshore staff.
