Responsibilities:

• Provide counselling and case management for individuals navigating career changes and complex psychological injuries
• Conduct assessments and develop return-to-work plans to support clients in their rehabilitation journey
• Collaborate with doctors, employers, and insurers to remove barriers to employment
• Deliver high-quality, people-focused support while advocating for positive recovery outcomes

Requirements:

- Tertiary qualification in Rehabilitation Counselling or Psychology
- Registered with AHPRA or ASORC
- Strong stakeholder management & communication skills
- Passionate about helping people overcome challenges & return to work
