Floortechnologies have developed a team capable of delivering projects of a high quality and built a reputation for service and reliability. We are seeking an Estimator to join our team, to provide support with estimating, quoting and client services.

This is a part time full-time position based in Seaford Victoria. Reporting to the Head Estimator, this role will work closely with Project Managers to provide support to the team.

Requirements:

• Excellent computer and math skills
• High attention to detail
• Previous experience in a similar role is a significant advantage

Key areas of responsibility include:

Quoting & Estimation - 80%

• Utilisation of various computer software to estimate and quote jobs including Calidus, Microsoft Excel and Adobe Acrobat.
• Interpreting tender documents, plans and all supporting documents from online portals including Aconex and Estimate One.
• Performing site visits , assess flooring requirements, site measure and establish expectations about project delivery.

Project Support and Client Services - 20%

• Working closely with the Project Managers throughout the project installation process.
• Engaging with suppliers and providers to develop quotes.
• Building and maintaining relationships with clients, suppliers and installers.
