Key responsibilities:

• Manage quotations and defect notifications
  
• Detailed reporting for customers on outstanding defects
  
• Comply with quality control guidelines
  
• Maintaining customer relations and servicing incoming inquiries
  
• Some scheduling assistance when needed
  

Requirements

Key requirements:

• Solid PC and administration skills - experience with SIMPRO and Microsoft Office highly regarded
  
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  
• Strong time management and organizational skills
  
• High attention to detail
  
• Ability to liaise with customers, suppliers and staff confidently
