We are a prop tech real estate company that is looking for a part-time Junior Real Estate Assistant to join our team. As a Junior Real Estate Assistant, you will be responsible for performing routine inspections, managing open homes, and assisting with administrative tasks.

Responsibilities:

Conducting routine inspections of properties, noting any maintenance or repair issues

Assisting with open homes inspections for sales and rentals.

Maintaining accurate records of property inspections, open homes, and other activities

Assisting with marketing and promotional efforts as needed

Requirements:

Some experience in real estate or property management preferred but not essential.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Attention to detail and ability to multitask

Basic knowledge with Microsoft Office and other relevant software

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
