About the Role:

As a Routine Inspections Officer, your key responsibility will be conducting property inspections and accurately recording property conditions. Your duties will include:

• Conducting routine inspections and capturing detailed reports with photos.
• Identifying maintenance issues and reporting them to the property management team.
• Using inspection software to document property conditions.
• Driving between properties to complete scheduled inspections – car supplied.
