About the Role: Are you a Property Manager with experience managing government or commercial assets? Our client, a government organisation, is seeking a Property Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of a commercial property portfolio in the CBD.
This is an initial 4-month contract with the potential for extension.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of government-owned commercial properties
- Oversee building operations, maintenance, and compliance
- Liaise with tenants, contractors, and key government stakeholders
- Ensure budgets, leases, and contracts are managed effectively
- Monitor service providers for hard and soft facilities services
- Maintain compliance with government regulations and policies
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Property Manager in a commercial or government setting
- Strong understanding of lease administration, asset management, and building operations
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders, including tenants, contractors, and government representatives
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Knowledge of government property policies and compliance (desirable)
