Eden Ritchie is seeking a Strategic and Planning Analyst to support strategic alignment, policy analysis, and planning within a key government agency.

As the Strategic and Planning Analyst, your key responsibilities will include:
• Reviewing government and departmental strategies to ensure alignment with organisational objectives.
• Developing analytical tools to map strategic actions across planning frameworks.
• Identifying gaps, overlaps, and areas for improvement in enterprise-wide strategy and planning.
• Supporting business and divisional planning, risk assessment, and capability mapping.
• Providing expert advice on policy and planning integration to senior leadership.

Desirable Requirements & Skills:
• Experience in strategy, policy, and planning analysis within government or corporate environments.
• Strong data analysis and visualisation skills using MS Excel or similar tools.
• Proven ability to assess enterprise-wide strategic actions for gaps and alignment.
• Excellent problem-solving, critical-thinking, and communication skills.
• Experience in policy development and framework design is highly regarded.
