Are you looking for a Full time where you can grow with an established company supporting sales and admin.

We currently have a Full-time opportunity to join our Sales/Admin team based in Norwest Business Park – Baulkham Hills NSW.

This is a unique, multifunctional role with plenty of variety.

The responsibilities of this role include, but are not limited to:

  • Sales Report
  • Commission Report
  • Sales/Agents Reports
  • Customer service, Answer customer inquiries by phone, email, or in person.
  • After-sales support, provide after-sales support to customers to resolve issues.
  • Communicate with Clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues including delivery and payment.
  • Coordination, Coordinate with sales teams and schedule meetings
  • Order processing, Input customer orders and payments.
  • Record keeping, Update and create customer records and maintain master accounts lists.
  • Credit checks, perform credit checks on customers as required.
  • Support the Month-End Process, contributing to timely financial reporting.
  • Accurately Post Payments, allocating funds to the correct accounts and invoices.
  • Prepare Aged Receivables Reports, providing insights into outstanding payments.

The Candidate:

  • Excellent Communication Skills, both verbal and written.
  • Customer Sales Orientation, maintaining positive client relationships.
  • Ability to Work Independently and as Part of a Team, adapting to various work environments.
  • Attention to Detail, ensuring accuracy in financial records.
  • Strong Organisational Skills, capable of managing multiple accounts simultaneously.
  • Proficiency with Accounting Software and Excel, utilising technology effectively.
  • Discretion with Sensitive Information, upholding confidentiality standards.
  • Understanding of Basic Accounting Principles, including accounts receivable practices.
