As the Executive Assistant to two General Managers, you will provide senior-level administrative support, ensuring efficient operations and strategic coordination. Your role will be critical in managing executive schedules, supporting leadership initiatives, and facilitating high-level communications. This position offers unique exposure to strategic decision-making, collaboration with senior leaders, and involvement in key banking initiatives.

Duties & Key Responsibilities
- Manage the diaries, emails, and phone calls of two General Managers, ensuring efficiency and prioritisation.
- Provide full administrative and secretarial support while handling sensitive information with discretion.
- Coordinate and distribute Leadership Team documents, schedules, and meeting logistics.
- Prepare high-quality PowerPoint presentations for internal and external engagements, including leadership meetings and customer-focused initiatives.
- Organise and oversee special events, off-sites, and internal team functions.
- Arrange travel, process expenses, and manage invoices efficiently.
- Act as a liaison between General Managers and key internal/external stakeholders, fostering strong relationships.
- Maintain records, track performance documentation, and oversee compliance-related tasks.
Skills & Experience
We are looking for a highly organised, proactive, and detail-oriented individual who excels at managing executive operations in a dynamic banking environment. The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills, a high level of confidentiality, and the ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently. A background in retail banking or financial services is highly regarded, along with a solutions-driven mindset.
- Extensive experience in executive support, particularly at a senior leadership level.
- Strong organisational, time management, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel.
- Previous experience in banking, financial services, or corporate environments.
- Familiarity with customer-centric banking processes and retail banking operations.
- Experience coordinating senior leadership teams and organising large-scale business events.
