• Handling phone calls, emails, and correspondence
• Processing Medicare and private health insurance claims
• Maintaining patient confidentiality and accurate records

About You

• Previous experience in medical reception or a similar healthcare setting
• Strong administrative and organisational skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a busy environment
• Familiarity with medical software is an advantage
