Your Role

You will be the friendly face of our clinic, ensuring a seamless experience for our patients. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Welcoming patients and visitors with warmth and professionalism
• Managing appointments efficiently and handling scheduling changes with care
• Responding to patient inquiries via phone, email, and in person
• Maintaining accurate records and handling confidential patient information
• Processing billing and invoicing with attention to detail
• Keeping the reception area organised and creating a comfortable atmosphere
• Supporting the medical team with administrative tasks as needed

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking a customer-focused professional with:

• Proven experience as a medical receptionist, ideally in a specialist medical or surgical practice
• Excellent communication skills and a natural ability to make patients feel at ease
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Confidence using medical software and Microsoft Office
• A warm, professional, and empathetic approach to patient care
