Our client, a dynamic and forward-thinking finance company, is seeking a HubSpot CRM Coordinator/Specialist to optimize and execute marketing automation strategies that drive engagement and efficiency.

This role is perfect for someone passionate about leveraging HubSpot’s capabilities to enhance customer journeys and marketing performance.

The role is fully onsite, with flexible work hours. Based in Woolloongabba

Key Responsibilities:

• HubSpot CRM & Automation: Manage and optimize workflows, segmentation, lead scoring, and nurture campaigns to drive engagement and conversions.
• Email Marketing & Personalization: Create and automate data-driven EDM campaigns tailored to audience segments.
• Content Strategy & Execution: Develop compelling, brand-aligned content for email, web, and social media, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.
• Customer Journey & Data Insights: Use HubSpot’s reporting tools to analyse performance and refine strategies for better audience targeting and engagement.
• Process Optimisation: Maintain a well-structured CRM system, ensuring data integrity and workflow efficiency.

Skills & Experience:

• 2-4 years of experience in HubSpot CRM management, marketing automation, and email marketing.
• Strong understanding of customer journey mapping, audience segmentation, and lead nurturing.
  Creative thinker with copywriting skills across email, web, and social media.
• Ability to interpret data, identify trends, and optimize workflows for improved campaign performance.
• Self-starter with a proactive and problem-solving mindset.
