eCommerce Coordinator

About the Role:

This role is heavily centred in eCommerce, working closely with the Operations Manager, you will be required to list products on our website daily along with various continuous development projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Copy-writing for website content, product description and content for site
• Check the website to ensure product descriptions are clear, consistent and in line with expectations
• Work closely with the management team to ensure better planning and execution of sales promotions
• Assist with compiling weekly EDM's
• Support the retail & wholesale teams to ensure all sales opportunities are being maximised on site and within the eCommerce platforms
• Support the roll-out of social media, EDM's and eCommerce performance campaigns

Essential Skills:

• High level of computer literacy
• Fluency in both written and verbal communication
• Experience across various eCommerce and email platforms
• Time management skills
• Collaborative, motivated personality that can easily work in, and support a busy online business
• Ability to multi-task effectively and take initiative

• Retail industry experience, or agency experience is a plus, or experience in a similar role
• Prior experience with online marketplace platforms
• Neto experience is highly desirable
• Graphic design skills, in particular InDesign/Illustrator

• Photography and Photo editing
