Our client is a well respected manufacturer and supplier of specialist back of wall plumbing products that have been in business for well over 100 years! They're employ over 25 staff across Australia and are considered no.1 in their space! The products they manufacture primarily revolve around macerator or greywater pumping systems. These innovative solutions enable the installation of toilets, bathrooms, kitchens, or laundry rooms without major renovations by efficiently pumping wastewater away.
Their products are suitable for both residential and commercial applications, offering flexibility in creating new spaces regardless of existing plumbing constraints.
They primarily sell to Architects, Hydraulic Consultants in the case of project specifications, in addition to Plumbers and Plumbing wholesalers.
OPPORTUNITY
Our client is seeking a NSW Account Manager to serve as the in-house expert, providing technical after-sales support, recommending pumps for projects, and assisting in new product launches.
In this full-time, on-site role, you’ll combine technical expertise with sales skills to deliver tailored solutions. As the NSW Account Manager, you’ll promote market-leading, innovative, and sustainable products, supporting an existing customer base while identifying new opportunities.
Primarily based in Sydney’s Inner Northern Suburbs, with occasional travel, this role offers a mix of office-based and on-the-road client engagement.

CANDIDATE
To be considered for this role, knowledge of pumps is essential. You don't need to be qualified plumber (although that would be appealing) but you will need to have a good grasp on back-of-wall plumbing products, and how our client's macerators and greywater lifting stations may add value in a commercial or residential setting. Sales experience is NOT essential, we'd be willing to take a look at candidates looking to move off the tools into sales for the first time.
