The Role
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Accounts Receivable (AR) professional for a temporary role at our client’s glass outlet, with the exciting potential to transition into a permanent Senior Accounts Receivable (AR) Officer position.

In this fast-paced role, you will:

• Manage collections, receipting, bank statement reviews, and payment allocations across multiple depots
• Maintain up-to-date accounts, monitor overdue balances, and manage debt collection.
• Oversee the Accounts Receivable inbox and handle customer requests for invoices and statements promptly.
• Work closely with a small AR team, including remote and outsourced support
• Assist with AR systems, bank reconciliations, and EOM reporting
• Handle high transaction volumes and take on leadership responsibilities as the role evolves

About You
You are immediately available and bring at least 2-3 years of hands-on experience in AR, coupled with strong communication skills and a positive, proactive attitude. You are proficient in Excel, especially for reconciliations and reporting, and are ready to take on a role that offers both responsibility and growth potential.
