An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Accounts Receivable Officer to join their highly motivated and skilled team. Reporting to their Finance Manager, you will have a broad scope of responsibilities including:

• Record, reconcile, manage and analyse incoming payments with outstanding invoices
• Handling and overseeing communication with customers and their accounts
• Coordinating with customers to secure prompt collection of overdue payments
• Evaluating customer credit worthiness and establishing limits for new customers
• Investigate and resolve disputes and implement collection strategies
• Assist with month end reporting
• Undertake ad hoc finance duties as required

To be considered for this role you will have at least 3-4 years' experience working in accounts receivable, ideally within a fast pace high volume, large organisation. You will also have outstanding communication skills, a strong attention to detail and enjoy working independently aswell as as being part of a collaborative and driven team.
