About the Role:
MSS Security is looking for dedicated Control Room Operators to work at a prestigious client site in Sydney CBD. In this critical position, you will monitor security systems, respond to incidents, and provide exceptional customer service to staff and visitors. Your responsibilities will include:
- Monitoring CCTV and security systems
- Conducting regular checks and reports on security status
- Communicating calmly and clearly with team members and stakeholders
- Assisting in directing visitors and the public
- Maintaining key registers and issuing key passes
- Documenting incidents and writing reports
About You:
We are offering a full-time Control Room Operator position with various shift options in Sydney CBD. We're looking for individuals who possess:
- Certificate II in Security Operations and a current First Aid certificate
- A valid NSW Security Licence
- Strong dedication, reliability, and commitment to security
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport
- Good computer literacy skills
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
