The Role:

• Oversee a portfolio of 160-170 properties.
• Conduct routine inspections, manage ECRs, and handle vacates.
• Work closely with a dedicated New Business and Leasing Team (no involvement in viewings or application processing).
• Enjoy the flexibility of one work-from-home day to support work-life balance.
• Receive full admin, leasing, and trust account support, allowing you to focus on managing the properties.

Your Skills and Experience:

• A valid certificate of registration.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
