You will have previous experience as a Property Manager and be seeking a role where you can expand your skills, be highly supported to perform your best, take your career to the next level, and take pride in providing first class service to our Landlord clients, ensuring they receive the absolute best in client care and management service.

THE ROLE:

Working as a full time Property Manager with your own portfolio of Landlord clients, you will oversee the day to day management of this portfolio.

Our office provides exceptional support to our Property Managers to ensure we can deliver an outstanding client experience. We support our Property Managers with a full time Leasing Manager, a Property Management Assistant, 2 x full-time Relief Property Managers (to take care of your portfolio when you are on leave), and an outstanding Department Leader who supports our team every day

WHAT YOU NEED:

• At least 12 months experience as a Property Manager
• The desire and motivation to deliver a premium Client experience
• A current Queensland Real Estate registration and Driver’s License
• Excellent computer skills
• The ability to work independently, as well as part of a wonderful and loyal team
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Very good attention to detail and the ability to work well under pressure
• Impeccable personal presentation
