MSR Talent have partnered with a high performing Real Estate agency based in the Northern Suburbs of Brisbane, who are looking to bring in a Senior Property Manager to join their team.

The Role:

  • Property maintenance - liaising with both tenants and trades
  • End to end management of 155 properties in portfolio
  • Bond management
  • Rent increases, rent reviews, terminations, lease renewals
  • Handing over and checking in keys
  • Communication with current tenants and landlords
  • Organise photos, landlord insurance, property copyright, advertising property
  • Attend tribunal if and when required

TheCandidate:

  • Possession of a Real Estate Licence or Agent Assist Certificate
  • Current driver’s licence and reliable car
  • Previous experience within Property Management is essential
  • Strong administration skills
  • Must be committed to a career in Real Estate
  • Full working rights in Australia
